What are your business hours?

We are available for contact Monday-Friday between the hours of 8am-6pm. 

What Is Your Shipping Policy?

All products are hand made. Please allow up to 7 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. Once shipped tracking information is sent to the email provided on purchase. All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail and will include insurance for any lost or stolen packages. It will be the customers responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier if package is lost or stolen.

Are refunds provided?

All Sales Are Final. Due to the nature of our products, unfortunately, we do not accept any returns and do not process any refunds. If there is an issue with your purchase and/or product(s) please do not hesitate to reach out to us through email at sales@konsabelnaturlas.com. Customer experience and satisfaction is our first priority and we will do our very best to find the best solution.
